Clare is Head of Residential Agency at Adair Paxton, heading up both the sales and lettings departments. Having worked in the industry since 1996 in both Leeds and Harrogate she brings a wealth of experience to the team. Clare has managed offices for both independent and corporate agencies and her approach is always about getting the most for the clients and holding their hand through the process. Clare is famed within the office for her tenacity in doing whatever it takes to get the sale through.

Sandra's indepth knowledge of the Horsforth Area is second to none and she always goes the extra mile to get the sale. Nicola Thompson LLB (Hons) - Senior Valuer

Nicola works between the Horsforth and City Centre office and is the residential Valuer for both Sales and Lettings. Nicola studied Law at Leeds University before deciding to go in to estate agency. Having gained experience in Valuing from both corporate and Independent agencies, Nicola brings with her a valuable knowledge of the Leeds area as well as excellent customer service skills. Nicola enjoys the personal aspect that comes with estate agency and her dynamic approach to estate agency along with her passion for sales gains appreciation from both buyers and sellers alike.

Debbie Hall - Sales Negotiator

Debbie is a dedicated member of the Adair Paxton team and has worked in the Horsforth office for 7 years. Having worked in customer service for many years, Debbie has a positive and pro active attitude to the property market. Debbie's warm and friendly personality helps her to build relationships with clients and contributes greatly to her success.
